July Auction Extravaganza

Last week we held our latest in-room Auction night, conducted at the Rydges Hotel in Campbelltown.

It was a sensational and exciting night for all of our successful sellers, purchasers, and our team at Dougmal Harcourts – The Property People. Ten properties were submitted to Auction. 

Six of the properties presented were SOLD under the hammer at or above our sellers’ reserve prices. The remaining four properties had good interest and negotiations are continuing.
